Here’s what you should expect with your subscription
Your first package from Chayenu will arrive soon. Until then, feel free to use the Chayenu App, which is free with your subscription. In your first package, you will receive these three items.
Chayenu Print
This is where your Chayenu experience begins! You’ll receive a bi-weekly delivery with beautiful, printed copies of the Chayenu, containing everything you need to enjoy a week imbued with Torah learning, and personal growth.
Onboarding Booklet
The Chayenu Onboarding Booklet will help you understand the structure, and goals of Chayenu. This booklet contains a
brief overview of Chayenu's mission, step-by-step guidance on how to get started, and suggestions for making the most of the Chayenu experience.
Companion Booklet
The Chayenu Companion Booklet is a supplemental tool for Chayenu participants. In it you will discover why certain subjects were chosen to be included in Chayenu, the significance of these sections, the benefits of following the Chayenu study tracks, and much more.
Getting Started
To get the most out of this experience, we recommend setting aside a designated time during each day for your study. Before you know it, you’ll be on your way to making Torah learning a regular part of your routine.

After this initial package, you'll be added to our regular mailing list, receiving two Chayenu booklets every two weeks. Set aside a designated place where you will place your Chayenus, and you will not forget where they are at all times.
Chayenu App
וn addition to the print Chayenu, we invite you to download your free Chayenu app, available on iOS and Android, or on the Web. The Chayenu app offers your daily and Weekly study tracks. The app contains many other study subjects not offered in print, to enhance your learning experience.
How do I dispose of my Chayenu?
Every copy of Chayenu contains G-d's name and must therefore be disposed of in a respectful manner.

We suggest that you designate a box or bag where you can store your used Chayenu copies and periodically bring them to a proper shaimos drop-off site for appropriate disposal.
Chayenu offers a shaimos plan for those who do not have access to a shaimos disposal site. For more information, visit chayenu.org/shaimos-box.
Chitas and Rambam
A primary track of Chayenu learning is the study of Chitas, which contain the fundamental studies of Chumash (the Bible), Tehillim (Pslams), and Tanya (Chasidism).

Another primary track is a daily routine of Rambam (Maimonides) learning, where you learn each day one chapter of Rambam's Mishneh Torah. To learn more see here.
